Isiah "Knock Down" Reese
As a corporate intrapreneur and entrepreneur, Isiah has taken a unique approach in the development of his career path. Honing both his management and marketing skills, through a specialized technique form called “Infusion”. Isiah has worked with several major Fortune 500 organizations throughout his career, such as The Coca-Cola Company, M&M Mars, and PepsiCo to deliver bottom line results surpassing company year-end numbers demands. Isiah, has created major consumer programs for Wal-Mart Inc., Target, Kroger, Exxon/Mobil, Walgreens and BP/Amoco, just to name a few.
Isiah currently serves as the Senior Executive Manager for The Walt Disney Company Consumer Products Division. Isiah is responsible for several major business categories that are part of $1 Billion dollar in gross sales business for the company. Additionally, he does consulting for organizations both for profit and non-profit as the CEO of Speak 2 ME Communication LLC. The company is a North America organization that specializes in the field of engagement of employees. He has served as an adjunct professor, at Lemoyne-Owen College, Crichton College and Northwest Arkansas Community College with all classes in the field of business. Isiah is routinely called upon by the speaking circuit for motivational seminars at Colleges, Universities and business organizations, delivering leadership and development techniques for today’s corporate America environment.
Isiah is very active in the community. He was recently named one of the most influential people in the Mid-South region of Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee as Who’s Who with a feature in Grace Magazine. He serves as a board member for the South Carolina State University School of business and The Sam Walton College of Business for the University of Arkansas, serving as Vice-Chair for both. He also serves as the Vice-Chair of The Friends of Omega Foundation a national service community. He is also an active International Graduate chapter member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated.
Isiah’s passion is him serving as the Chief Officer of the My Kid Biz Financial Literacy program. (www.mykidbiz.org) the program is a yearly financial literacy curriculum that teaches kids, ages 10-18, about the basics of time, money management, and self-empowerment and understanding investments.
